==History==
The Sazerac Company, maker of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, sued the Hood River Distillers over the allegedly confusing trade name and marketing of its product.
The product has a thermochromic temperature-sensitive color morphing label. This is intended to inform consumers when the bottle is at the optimal serving temperature of 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
